Workshops for kids on the
Stadsboerderij Osdorp in Amsterdam (urban farm) 
connect nature, cooking, global citizenship, and creativity.
With 'Introduction to Fermentation' we explore the basics of fermentation and can make everything from ginger beer to kimchi to ketchup. Participants also gain some cultural and historical context behind the foods we’re making, connecting you to traditions that have been around for centuries.
Also (personalised) cooking workshops for groups & individuals are part of my repertoire.

The workshops for adults are also available via CityPlot, a collective involved in permaculture & sustainable urban food growing. There, we can offer you broad programmes ranging from growing your own garden to food preservation.
